Terms Of Service
Package includes:
• Use of Big Oak Farm grounds (excluding the house, interior barn, pastures, and livestock,
unless otherwise agreed to)
• Bridal preparation suite
• Onsite 2 hour ceremony rehearsal (1-2 days prior to wedding based on schedule)
• Ceremony and reception space
• 1-2 Alpacas for up to 1 hour for guest interaction and photos
• 150 ceremony/reception chairs
• 20 – 6 foot tables and 1 – 5 foot table
• Access to Big Oak Farm logo and other artwork for use in wedding weekend printed
material and invitations
• Information required to be printed or inserted in wedding programs
For an additional fee, Alpacas can be involved in the wedding ceremony!
